Wednesday, June 25

• 19:30 – Welcome Reception, Youth Camp
  (A shuttle will depart from the D/K building, but we recommend walking – the view is beautiful.)

Thursday, June 26

• 06:40 – Morning Run – Saklıgöl
  A short, scenic route worth seeing. A bus departing from the campus at 6:40 will pick up participants from the hotels and take them to Saklıgöl. Return to the hotel and campus at 08:00. Ideal for light jogging and walking. Please register at the registration desk.

Friday, June 27

• 06:40 – Northern Route Sand Walk – Kumbaba
  A morning walk along the Şile coastline, where you can observe sand lilies. Buses departing from the campus at 6:40 will reach the Marin Beach Hotel via the hotels, and from there, the walk to the campus will begin. Return to the hotels from the campus at 08:00. Please register at the registration desk.
• 19:00 – Gala Dinner, Marin Beach Hotel
  The conference award ceremony will take place here.

Saturday, June 28

Transportation: The shuttle will depart at 10:45 from the Mavi Yurtlar security checkpoint. At the same time, vehicles will also depart at 10:45 from Uçar Royal, Gönen, Marin Beach, Değirmen, Ramadan, Beyon, and Phellos hotels.

Important note: To avoid missing the return shuttles to the city centers after the program ends, it is important that you check out from your hotels and dormitories with your luggage. Those who are not returning to the city centers will be dropped off at their hotels or dormitories.

• 16:30 - 18:00 – Üsküdar Street, Şile town center tour
• 18:00 – Return for transfers to the campus
